The Warren County Leadership Institute (WCLI), formed in 1993, is affiliated with the Warren County Economic Development Corporation (WCEDC) and is an integral part of fulfilling WCEDC's mission. The Institute's primary objective is to train and inform leaders so they can create the best future for themselves, their families, their communities, and their county.

Each year WCLI includes eight informative and interactive class sessions, a bus tour of Warren County, a class project that benefits the county and ends with a graduation ceremony. WCLI is a great way to network and meet other emerging leaders in an around the Warren County Area. Participants will gain important leadership skills and learn about Warren County and its communities. The class schedule features expert facilitators devoted to one or a few specific topics at each class session.
