RULES & REGULATIONS FOR VENDORS

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our upcoming event. To ensure a smooth experience and address any questions you may have, we have provided important information regarding our requirements:

  • Vendor Spaces: We offer single non-electrical 10' x 20' spaces priced at $100. For vendors requiring electrical hook-ups, we have single 10' x 20' spaces available for $125 (double the space, double the price).
  • Equipment and Setup: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and backboards for display purposes. Please come prepared with these items to showcase your products or services effectively.
  • Electrical Hook-ups and Water Access: For vendors with electrical requirements, please bring a 100' electrical cord to ensure proper connectivity. Water is available through storefronts; we kindly request that you seek permission from the respective establishments before accessing water sources.
  • Wristbands for Workers: Every single space includes two complementary wristbands for your workers. Additional workers can purchase wristbands at half price. It's important to note that all workers are required to wear wristbands throughout the event.
  • Ticket Pricing: Half-price wristbands for additional workers must be purchased before June 15th. After this date, tickets will be priced at $45.00 and available for purchase at the gate on the day of the event.
