What is paintless dent repair (PDR)?
Paintless dent repair, or PDR, is a dent removal process where custom made tools are used to manipulate vehicular metal back to its original state. These tools are designed specifically for this type of work and take a great deal of practice to master. There are various “entry points” around the vehicle. After careful assessment we can determine a plan of action for the damage on that particular vehicle. Damage varies from dent to dent. They are never the same because no one vehicle has the same damage, but the process is similar.
