The goal of Job Development is the acceptance by the individual of a job offer that meets the individual’s personal and career goals. This may include:
- Application completion
- Job interviewing activities
- Completion of tasks
- Negotiation with prospective employers
- Help find and obtain job identified in the individuals ISP
- Promote integration into the workplace
