The Villa Estates offers Independent Living with villas ranging from 1,000 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. Some Villas offer lower levels with some equipped with their own elevator. The Villas are beautifully appointed with hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully remodeled tiled bathrooms.
Tailored Senior Living is our number one goal when it comes to our 54 Independent living villas. With a variety of layouts and sizes, there is a villa that fits the needs of most individuals and couples. Whether someone is looking to downsize from an existing home or make sure they have an extra room or two for out of town family to visit, we have a villa to meet those needs. We pride ourselves in working hand in hand with all of our guests to ensure that their villa is exactly customized how they would like.
