Typically held in February of each year, Friends in the Desert volunteers, members and trustees are invited to gather and consider the good works from the past year as well as the organization’s future. The fellowship, facilitated by the generous contributions of guest caterers, is second to none. Please mark your calendars to attend this function.

The Friends in the Desert Foundation is a charitable organization which serves hot meals to homeless or otherwise needy individuals six days a week in the kitchen and parish hall of St. Timothys Episcopal Church located in downtown Henderson. Sack lunches are prepared and offered on days that hot meals are not served.
