We have the ability to create many different styles of beer throughout the year without restraint. This means room for exploration, experimentation, and collaboration - exactly what craft beer drinkers love.

By aging some of our beers in folders (large wooden tanks) and a variety of wine and spirit barrels, we'll create some truly unique and exciting flavors for Lake Highlands and North Texas.
