Before finding my forever partner, I experienced undesirable and even abusive relationships. It was many failed relationships later, when I met my second divorce that I met Joe, my husband. Our relationship was (and still is) the most loving I've ever experienced. This summer, we recently celebrated our 21st anniversary, surrounded by friends and family.

It wasn't until I learned about my inner self and what I valued that I found my happily ever after. That, and the art of effective communication.

Now that I understand the importance of knowing what I value most, I can prioritize my values and stand for what I want. Before I had a map to follow, I walked around without a vision of what I desired. I hoped others would just know what I needed or expected of them.

With over 15 years of coaching experience and more than 25 years of teaching, I can help you map out your journey to follow in my footsteps. Know what others want you to succeed and want to be a part of your life, but if there is no map, they don't know how to navigate with you.
