Brian has been many things; a sailor, an electrician, a door-to-door sales guy, Christmas tree trimmer, detasseler, father, student, and many other things.
Brian has an affinity for fixing things. If it is broken he can fix it! Don't let the beard fool you he also has a master's degree in business. A personable owner you may just find him sweeping or bussing tables on any given day in the brewery when he is not buried in paperwork and navigating the wheel for Old Ellsworth Brewing Company.
Owner - Mash Technician - Top Shelf Steward - Beer Guru
Ryan is the paddle behind the mash tun. He creates the recipes and heads up our brewing team. Master Brewer? We think we will just dub him Head Brewer. Ryan is really good at making beer.
Ryan can see the top of almost everything in the brewery. He is tall. Most days Ryan will be cleaning....that is pretty much the focus of commercial brewing. Ryan loves his job and cannot wait to make beer for all.
Owner - Chef - Spatula Warrior - User of knives and stuff
Robert is the brain behind the menu. His experience and skill made him so c=valuable to the team the others owners voted him onto the island permanently. He creates the recipes and heads up our kitchen team.
Robert comes from a restaurant life. He has been cooking and cleaning since he was just a little hop a long malt ball. Robert loves making good food and trying to make sure something you don't like turns into something you do! Robert is the mastermind behind all of our edibles.
General Manager - Head Taster - Controller of Chaos
Jason orchestrates the day to day activity of the brewery. He wipes the noses and powders the butts! No really he handles our greatest resource, the employees. He hand picks all of the beer wrangling talent to ensure our vision and mission are met with every table.
Jason also loves to taste beer. Jason can be found exposing, running food, filling ice bins, greeting customers, touching tables, or anything that needs to be done to make sure the brewery operates smoothly and keep our customers happy!
