NEED A REPLACEMENT PART?
In some cases, parts may be lost or damaged in ways not covered by either our Limited Lifetime Warranty or Quality Guarantee. Making these parts available for purchase is a service Tupperware is pleased to offer its customers.
TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT PART:
Contact your Tupperware Consultant or call Customer Care at 1-800-TUPPERWARE (1-800-887-7379). To expedite your call, locate the mold number on the product prior to contacting your Tupperware Consultant or Customer Care.
HOW TO FIND THE MOLD NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT:
Every Tupperware® brand product has a two-part number stamped into it. The first part (before the dash) is the mold number.
