LIFE SAFETY

Life Safety Plans are blueprints of emergency management systems that allow the property owner or manager to implement the safe evacuation of residents in case of emergencies such as fire, earthquake, etc. Plan also serves as a checklist for periodic evaluation and updates as needed.

REVIEW & ASSESS

Computer structural analysis using state-of-the-art computer analysis programs to various building code requirements -FBC, IBC ASCE AISC. Structure types include Reinforced Concrete, Metal Buildings and Heavy Timber structures, Cooling Tower supports and retrofits, Windows and Doors replacements for high-rise buildings and store front.

EVACUATION PLANS

Prepare floor-by-floor evacuation plans indicating exit signs, identifying means of egress, relative travel distances, and lighting.

FIRE MITIGATION

Identify common area fire mitigation systems (such as sprinklers, fire extinguishers, etc.) and recommend necessary retrofits.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Identify types and locations of hazardous materials and prepare a safe handling and storage plan including usage logging.

OPTIONAL

Laminated evacuation plans for each individual unit.
