PERSONALIZED TO YOUR NEEDS! Dental Assistants employed at different offices require training in different expanded functions. You can choose these Expanded Functions courses based on your individual needs.

Note:  Final skills and written exams will be proctored in person by True North Training and Compliance.

Curriculum:  Approved Idaho Board of Dentistry, Idaho Division of Professional-Technical Education. 
Accountability: Expanded Functions Certificate.

COURSE FEES/APPROXIMATE COSTS:

Fees are subject to change without notice

• Temporary crown restoration (9 hours + final): $350*

• Coronal polish & pit and fissure sealants (9 hours + final): $350*

• Administration and Monitoring of Nitrous Oxide (6 hours + final): $200*

*The time listed in parenthesis is the amount of time each student is required to spend studying the written material and practicing the skills to be successful with the final assessments.

DAYS/HOURS: Flexible and Customized to individual/office needs. Conducted In-Office. We come to you!

 CLINICAL FINAL EXAM: Students will be required to schedule the assessments in their office. Required practice skills must be completed and documented by the employer prior to the final assessment. True North Training and Compliance will provide Face to Face assessment which will include a written examination and demonstration of competent skills.

DATE AND TIME WILL BE AGREED ON BETWEEN STUDENT AND INSTRUCTOR.
