Community Services League's Housing Counseling Program assists the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless. CSL’s housing services include:

  • Housing Counseling (CSL is a HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Agency)

  • Permanent Housing

  • Tenant-Landlord Advocacy

  • Budgeting Classes and Assistance

  • Rental Assistance (when funding is available)

  • Mortgage Assistance (when funding is available)

  • Utility Assistance (when funding is available)

  • Case Management

  • Needs Assessment
