In-Store Pickup

Theisen’s offers free In-Store Pickup for most online orders. Items in stock at your chosen pickup location will typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  Items not in stock at your chosen pickup location will typically be available for pickup within 5 to 7 days. If you need assistance with placing your order or have any questions please call us at 1-866-245-6850.  To place an In-Store Pickup order follow these instructions:

• Items eligible for In-Store Pickup will have an "In-Store Pickup" button on the product detail page.
• During checkout, you will be allowed to choose your pickup location based on available inventory.
• If the store location selected is listed as "In Stock" then your order will typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).  If the storage location selected is listed as "Pickup in 5-7 days" then your order will typically be ready for pickup within 5-7 days.
• In-Store Pickup orders need to be pre-paid online.
• We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
• The person listed in the billing information on the order is the only person who can pick up the order at the store.  Please have brought a copy of the order confirmation or pickup notification email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.
