About Parent-Child Relationship Center
When a person is involved in any family law proceeding, it can be lengthy, confusing, and exhausting. The Parent-Child Relationship Center (PCRC) is designed to meet the needs of Idaho families. Our center specializes in facilitating the healthy engagement of the family who may be currently going through the legal process, or after a judgment has been entered.
Kira Burgess-Elmer, LCPC and Tara Lzicar M.Ed., LCPC are mental health professionals who have specialized training and experience in family law matters. They understand how overwhelming the family law process can be and have created the PCRC to be a resource to parents and children who are navigating this complex system. We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every case and can individualize services to your familys unique needs and concerns.
The PCRC is conveniently located in The Village in Meridian, Idaho with a satellite office in Boise. We offer services including Supervised Visitation, Reunification and Reintegration Services, Parent Coaching and Consultation, and Parenting Coordination. Both Tara and Kira offer evaluation services to include Parenting Time Evaluations (also known as Child Custody Evaluations), Brief-Focused Assessments, and Domestic Violence Evaluations.
