Utah Half Marathon Finisher’s Medallion

Utah-Half-Marathon-Medal Every Utah Half Marathon finisher receives a medallion and a $262 gift certificate to Sierra West Jewelers! The Utah half marathon awards ceremony will begin at 9:15am.

Utah County Half Marathon Age Divisions

14 & under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 & Over.

Men’s and Women’s division plaques awarded to top 5 of each category.

Utah Valley Half Marathon CLOSER (Negative Split) Award

Negative split award.

Any athlete that runs the half marathon in less than 3 hours and manages to run the second half faster than the first half will be awarded our CLOSER plaque.  These athletes that run a negative split can pick up their award at our orange tent on the courthouse grounds in the finish area. We will not mail these awards, so make sure to pick it up at the orange tent.

Utah County Half Marathon Overall Awards

  • The Overall Men & Women Champion will receive $500 cash prize, Champion’s Cup, & a watch.
  • The 2nd Place for Overall Men & Women will receive $350 cash and an acrylic plaque.
  • The 3rd Place for Overall Men & Women will receive $250 cash and an acrylic plaque.
  • The 4th Place for Overall Men & Women will receive $150 cash and an acrylic plaque.
  • The 5th Place for Overall Men & Women will receive $75 cash and an acrylic plaque.
  • High Performance Bonus: All male athletes who complete the course under 1:06.00 will receive a $250 bonus in addition to other prize money they may earn from their overall place. All female athletes who complete the course under 1:17.00 will receive a $250 bonus in addition to other prize money they may earn from their overall place.

Utah County Half Marathon Masters Awards

  • The Masters Men & Women Champion will receive$150 cash prize, and an acrylic plaque
  • The 2nd Place Masters Men & Women will receive $100 cash, and an acrylic plaque
  • The 3rd Place Masters Men & Women will receive $50 cash, and an acrylic plaque

Utah County Half Marathon Weight Divisions

Clydesdale (Men over 200 lbs)
Athena (Women over 150 lbs)

Utah Half Marathon Wheelchair/Handcycle Awards

  • The Handcycle/Wheelchair Champion will receive $150 cash prize, and a plaque
  • The 2nd Place Wheelchair/Handcycle will receive $100 cash, and a plaque
  • The 3rd Place Wheelchair/Handcycle will receive $50 cash, and a plaque

Please Note: The Handcycle and Wheelchair athletes will be in a combined division.
