To be eligible for the Spectrum Business Contract Buyout offer, customers must meet the following criteria:

Install two or more Spectrum Business services at your business

Complete the Spectrum Business Contract Buyout form

Send an email to MyCheck@Spectrum.com with the following information:

Copy of the final bill from your previous provider with the early termination fees clearly marked

Copy of your completed Spectrum Business Contract Buyout form.

Upon receipt of the forms and verification of eligibility, a check in the amount equal to the early termination fee charged by your previous provider on your bill (not to exceed $500), will be mailed to your Spectrum Business billing address.
