In the fall, major events include the Clearwater Super Boat National Championship in September, the massive Clearwater Jazz Holiday music festival in October, and John’s Pass Seafood Festival, also in October.Winter events are unique in St. Petersburg; the only “white Christmas” you’ll get is on the powdery white sands of our Florida beaches! Check out any number of lighted boat parades along the coast, a truly Floridian way to celebrate the holidays. In January, everyone heads to the Epiphany Celebration in the Greek community of Tarpon Springs.
