Home Construction Process

Home is released and ready for construction – Once the design selection is completed, your Blackburn Communities team will release your home for construction to begin.

Monitor construction progress– You will have three walk-throughs during the construction process conducted by your construction team. For health and safety concerns, your three walk-throughs must be scheduled with your Project Manager.

Close on home and receive your keys– This will be your final meeting at the title company to sign your mortgage paperwork and receive the keys to your beautiful new home.

Move-in to your new home – The moment you’ve awaited is here, it’s time to move into your new home! While you’ll be busy unpacking and moving furniture around, be sure to remember to change the utilities into your name the week before closing.
