NMPhA Technician Immunization Live Training Course

The New Mexico Pharmacy Technician Immunization Live Training Course, scheduled for January 9, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM MST, is a virtual event hosted via Zoom. This course is designed for pharmacy technicians who have completed a 3-hour home-study module and possess a current PTCB or ExCPT certification, a recommendation letter from a supervising pharmacist, and valid CPR certification. The training, led by Dr. Amy Bachyrycz from the UNM College of Pharmacy, covers various critical topics including pharmacy policies, sterile techniques, and emergency reaction management. Successful completion of this course awards 2.0 contact hours (0.2 CEUs) accredited by the ACPE. Pre-registration and completion of prerequisites are mandatory.
