The DeLand Housing Authority Administrative Offices are conveniently located next to Laurel Court Apartments at 460 Laurel Ridge Way, DeLand, FL 32724. You can reach us by phone at 386.736.1696 or by fax at 386.736.9381. Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Whether you need help with an application, have questions about your housing status, or need general information, our friendly staff is ready to assist you!
