Since its founding in 2019, REFORM Alliance has successfully partnered with bipartisan coalitions and lawmakers to create more effective probation and parole systems that prioritize rehabilitation, accountability, and community safety. Through a solutions-driven approach, the organization has helped pass 22 bills across 12 states, enabling nearly 850,000 individuals to transition from supervision to work and wellbeing while reducing recidivism. Landmark achievements, including the Less is More Act in New York, demonstrate REFORM’s ability to modernize the system, strengthen families, and save taxpayers millions, all while building safer communities.
