Traci L. Cassidy, PT, DPT

Traci received a B.S. in Kinesiology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and continued at UNLV for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is currently a Physical Therapist, an APTA member, a Certified Clinical Instructor, and a co- owner of CTC and CCC. Traci is married with one daughter and one son.

Alex Delgado, PT

Alex received his B.S. from Northern Arizona University. He is currently a Physical Therapist, an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, and a Certified McKenzie Therapist. He is married with two daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Ellen Price, PTA

Ellen received her B.S. in Health Education from Penn State. She went on to get her M.Ed. She is currently a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has three cats, one dog, and enjoys bikram yoga, cycling, and jewelry making.

Henry Banzon, PT

Henry graduated from Cal State Northridge with a B.S. in Health Science and specialty in Physical Therapy. He is currently a Physical Therapist and a co-owner of CTC.

Arthur Mirasol, PT, DPT, MS

Art went to University of Akron and graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology. He then attended University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received his DPT. He is currently a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and an APTA member. Art is married, he has 1 brother, 1 sister, and 4 nieces. He enjoys running, golf, Browns, Indians, Cavs, and sushi.

Trevor Offenbacker, PT

Trevor received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Iowa State University and his Masters of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University. He is currently a Physical Therapist with over 21 years of experience and advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Trevor enjoys attending concerts and music festivals as well as trail running. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Trevor's wife grew up in Pahrump and they spend much time there working on the family farm and visiting with family.
