Merit Badge Counselor Training

Merit Badge Counselor Training helps volunteers become confident, effective mentors who inspire Scouts to learn, grow, and stay engaged. By building strong communication skills and creating an environment of mutual respect, counselors guide Scouts through meaningful conversations that spark curiosity and strengthen social skills and self-reliance.
