Before participating in any athletic activities, all student-athletes must complete the required athletic paperwork. Our Athletic Department now uses Aktivate, a new online platform starting May 2024, to securely collect all forms and documents. Parents or guardians will need to create an account and register their student, upload physicals and required paperwork, and ensure students complete their annual mandatory videos. Paper forms will no longer be accepted in the Athletic Office, and step-by-step instructions are provided below to make the process as easy as possible.
