The Arc Volusia serves individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities diagnosed before age eighteen who require support in multiple areas of daily living. Many participants receive services through the Home and Community-Based Medicaid Waiver Program administered by the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), while additional funding options include Vocational Rehabilitation, Medicaid, and private payment.
