School Based Mentoring

School-based mentoring brings students together through partnerships with local schools, giving high school students the chance to mentor younger students in middle and elementary schools. Staff guide fun, meaningful activities during sessions, helping mentors develop leadership skills while providing mentees with one-to-one support and guidance. This program strengthens connections, builds confidence, and creates positive experiences for both Bigs and Littles.
