This annual event serves as our national leadership development programming for adult leaders. Each year, participants see inspirational speakers participate in leadership development and educational workshops. The MANA Train-the-Trainer method allows for the materials to be used as turn-key resources for leaders to share with their Chapter and Affiliate members.
