If you are planning to get married in Oregon, we can help. Completing the process for your marriage license can be done in three easy steps:
Complete the online application (make sure to fill out all fields) and click the Finish/Submit button when done.
Call the Wasco County Clerk's Office at 541-506-2530 to make an appointment to complete the application process (show your proof of identity and pay for the license). This process is completed by video chat, so you do not need to come into our office. We will then mail the marriage license packet to you.
After the marriage ceremony is done, mail the license to our office so it can be recorded.
