Mid-Columbia Housing Authority partners with Columbia Gorge Health Council to offer the Bridges to Health Pathways program. Community Health Workers (known as Resident Services Coordinators at our agency) connect people to needed services including health care, housing, dental care, clothing, food, transportation and others. The target population for the program is people who are housing challenged.
