The Monte Carlo Apartment Homes loves pets and are now Pet Friendly! We have a 1/2 acre fully fenced grass Pet Park. There is a two-pet maximum and a 50-pound weight limit, please check with the management office for details and a Pet Application. There is an additional Security Deposit of $350 for 1 Pet and $500 for two Pets at Move-In and an additional $25 per month for Pet Rent per month.
