Pre-Employment and Functional Capacity Evaluations

Our therapists are trained to provide pre-employment tests used to screen job applicants that can include testing of cognitive abilities, knowledge, work skills, physical and motor abilities, personality, emotional intelligence, language proficiency, and even integrity. Specialized functional capacity evaluations can be performed to determine fitness for work or return to work after an injury.
