The EDGE program’s design is to integrate difficult dialogue into workshop series that better engage workforce dynamics. Fostering safe and healthy environments for employee growth enriches productivity in the working environment. Our unique approach targets dual personal and psycho-social abilities to address interpersonal barriers to success.
The Indiana County Chamber of Commerce EDGE Program is designated to engage local businesses in workforce development. The program is made possible through four areas exclusive to education, discussion, growth, and evolution. Rhonda Parkhurst provides a unique approach to learning these skills for employers and their employees, which enables businesses to share a healthy work environment. The EDGE Program offers professional development workplace training, continuing education credits, and certifications.
