Introducing Diaper Week by Legacy Parenting, a vital initiative aimed at addressing the pressing issue of diaper needs affecting one in three families in the United States. Diaper need refers to the struggle families face in providing clean, dry, and healthy diapers for their babies. In the wake of the pandemic, the demand for diapers has surged, with Legacy experiencing a staggering 90% increase in diaper distribution. Unfortunately, there are currently no government programs specifically dedicated to alleviating the financial burden of diapers, leaving many families in crisis. In 2022, we reached a significant milestone by distributing over 284,000 diapers to local babies, underscoring our commitment to meeting this critical need. Each month, we continue to distribute an average of 31,000 diapers to Legacy families, ensuring that their little ones have access to this essential resource.
