In the Team Debrief and Action Planning phase, our practitioner shares the psychological safety score, elaborates on recommendations, and outlines additional programs available. Guided by the practitioner, the team formulates an action plan to enhance psychological safety, with the option to choose additional programs beyond the Psychological Safety Index Scan. A recommendation is made to schedule a follow-up scan in 8 weeks to assess progress.
