The "Hugs & Love" Children's Program by the Domestic Abuse Council provides a nurturing environment for children affected by domestic violence. Advocates offer individual and group support, emphasizing safety and non-violent behaviors. Available to children aged 0-17 in Beacon Center's emergency shelter, the program provides childcare during parent sessions. There are no fees, and access is facilitated during case management sessions. Operating within Beacon Center's Emergency Shelter Program, services last for the duration of the family's stay.
