Trico Electric Cooperative provides detailed Pole Attachment Procedures & Guidelines for cable and telecommunication facility owners and operators seeking to attach their facilities to Trico's overhead distribution facilities, or "poles." These guidelines aim to streamline the attachment process, ensuring timely completion with minimal conflicts. However, they are subordinate to the terms outlined in the Pole Attachment Agreement between Trico and an occupant and do not apply to attachments on structures carrying transmission lines of 69kV or higher. Additionally, the guidelines exclude attachments related to 5G wireless facilities.
