As the President of Crystal Contracting, Ron is responsible for the leadership and management of a wide variety of projects. With broad experience and deep knowledge of the construction industry, Ron's expertise includes commercial planning and development, pre-construction consulting, design management, budget and schedule development, value engineering, contract negotiation, bid development and review, contractor selection and oversight and project management.
