In old Mexico, the Hacienda owner picked the man that he could trust to do any job. He knew how farms ran and how to make them better. The only one that could talk to the owner, El Caporal was in charge of the operation. He controlled the cattle, the horses and the workers. Respected by all for his honesty and work ethic, El Caporal was the hacienda owners right hand on the farm.
