Every story has a beginning, and my story began a few years ago with the birth of my beautiful daughter. The effort took to bring her into the world quickly morphed into something different as late-night bottles and feedings, tears (from both of us), diaper changes, and parenthood swiftly became a reality.

As a first-time parent, I was winging much of my daughters early months. There came a point though after many sleepless nights, and days filled with her screams and protests, when I realized that I needed more help than just a chance to take a shower and consume a warm meal from a friend. I needed a lifeline.

I needed a plan that would help my daughter and family get some much-needed rest.
