However, through her life experiences and prior work experience as a homeowner insurance agent, she realized several customers lacked the same knowledge. Beatriz became passionate about educating her customers and sharing her knowledge through each interaction and direct contact with customers. Beatriz takes the time to learn about her customer's needs and finds the appropriate coverage based on their individual need because not all customers are alike. She then started to educate herself on other insurance coverages to offer the best protection to her clients and families she works with.
