Hello, I'm Tara! I am a Certified Life Coach and owner of Live on Purpose Coaching. I coach moms of children with difficult health diagnoses to move forward with perspective, peace, and purpose.
Over the last 20 years, I have gained valuable life experience in my career and leadership roles while raising my four children. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults in these roles. My education and training include an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a 2022 Coach U Core Essentials Graduate, a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Home and Family Life from Brigham Young University, an Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College, one on one Skills Development through a certified Professional Mentor Coach, the Unplugged, Business Minded, and Be Bold group coaching programs, and life experiences.
My passion for personal growth and development is one of the main reasons I decided to pursue a career as a life coach. I am committed to assisting clients to take control of their lives, and personal development and knowing their self-worth. I value contribution, commitment, growth, creativity, integrity, and optimism. I enjoy being a wife, and a mother, learning about human behavior, reading, music, and sports, and spending time with friends and family. I decided on this path for my coaching because I have been through a difficult health diagnosis with each of my children and have supported family and friends as well, and I know how challenging it is!
