Wooden Nickel Restaurant

The Wooden Nickel Restaurant opened in 1990 in Kirksville, MO and is a popular gathering place noted for fine food, an extensive wine list, drinks and entertainment.

We're open from 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday with daily lunch and dinner specials and 12:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Sunday.

Woody's Bar opens at 11:00 A.M. and serves both food and beverages until 1:30 A.M. Monday through Saturday and from noon until midnight on Sunday. Come by and dine with us, our staff is anxious to make your visit an enjoyable one.

Start your meal with your favorite appetizer by choosing from one of our delicious favorites including Stuffed Mushrooms, Jalape?o Poppers, Calamari or Motaters.

Popular pasta dishes include traditional favorites such as Pasta con Broccoli, Blackened Chicken Fettuccine, Pasta con Luigi and Combination Platters.

Seafood pastas include Spaghetti or Linguini with shrimp, clams, crabmeat, broccoli, mushrooms and zucchini served with your choice of sauces.

Top off your meal with a gourmet desert of Bananas Foster, Chocolate Volcano Cake, or one of our Assorted Cheesecakes.

The specialty of the house is Smoked Bar-B-Que Pork Ribs. Prepared in our Southern Pride Hickory Smoker. Served Kansas City or Cajun style, they're famous throughout the area.

Steaks are grilled just the way you like, all entrees are served with salad, garlic bread sticks and your choice of French fries, pasta or baked potato. If great burger's are your passion, look no further! "Woody's Steak Burger" will satisfied the heartiest of appetites.
