THE ROLE:
Account Manager - Full-time. Must be based in the Atlanta, GA greater metro region, but it is a work from home position. Position open until filled.

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager (AM) to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. The role requires a highly organized, detail oriented, proactive individual who is a seasoned communicator, as they will be the primary point of contact for our immigration law firm partners in the BYD Network. The AM will manage the onboarding process for new law firm partners across the US, as well as maintain a professional level of communications with BYD Network partners via regular email, phone, video meeting, and/or in-person visits.
Onboarding duties include training new partners - setting them up for success to use BYDcash as a financing tool and ensuring they understand and comply with BYDcash policies and procedures. On an ongoing basis, the AM will consult with firms to provide them with advice and strategies for continuing to effectively integrate and market BYDcash, as well as ways to leverage the platform to meet their business goals. The AM’s goals are to teach, guide, support, resolve issues, and build relationships with partner firms, so they use BYDcash regularly and effectively, increasing loan volume growth and the number of clients served.
Additionally, it is crucial that the AM maintains a strong awareness and understanding of each law firm’s level of participation over time. The AM must be able to identify patterns and trends not only at the individual firm level, but across the entire portfolio of partner firms. The AM will need to be able to clearly communicate these insights to the sales and marketing team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
As an early stage, rapidly growing company, each team member is critical to BYDcash’s success. The successful candidate is a quick learner, resourceful, understands basic business principles, and demonstrates an organized, customer-centric work approach. The primary point of communication for our law firm partners, they are responsible for helping law firm partners adopt BYDcash into their work flow. They must assure the highest level of customer service is demonstrated. To that end, we are seeking a team player with strong sales and communication skills to help us expand our business. The person hired must understand the nature of a growing company and bring a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude everyday. Experience with immigration and/or law firms is a plus but is not required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED.
Clear, concise, and professional communication style - written and verbal
Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong time management skills
Responsive and acts with a sense of urgency
Technologically proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner Onboarding and Training: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup and alignment with company policies and procedures
Partner Support & Communications: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing day-to-day partner requests and issues, providing timely and effective responses to prevent escalation and ensure a positive experience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with BYD Network firms.
BYDcash Adoption & Revenue Growth: Help partners identify and refine ways to maximize the use of BYDcash financing within their firms to help drive quality leads
Goals & Value Delivery: Hold annual (or possibly bi-annual) in-person or virtual business meetings with BYD Network firms to present and discuss statistics related to their use of BYDcash and further strategize ways to grow their practice with BYDcash.
Reporting: AM will provide collaborative support to the Relationship Management team- who interact directly with loan applicants - to ensure all applicant leads are being fully assisted. The AM ensures all law firms receive weekly reports to update them on where their clients are in the BYDCash application process.
Scoring: The AM will help to create a scoring system for law firm partners which will be beneficial for measuring partner success, improving partner and customer relationships, informing business strategy, and providing a structured way to track key metrics.
Internal Performance Tracking: Monitor key account metrics, prepare and deliver internal systems-generated reports as requested, and present progress to leadership.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, support, etc.) to ensure partner needs are understood and met.
Operations Enhancements: Work collaboratively with coworkers and senior management to identify ways to improve BYDcash operations and systems.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Sales, fundraising, account management, or experience working in a law firm or in a client-facing role at an organization serving the immigrant community is also considered highly valuable.

Base + Bonus structure
This is a W-2 position
Travel: 20 - 25%. Typically scheduled 3-5 days at a time, approx. three or four times per year. Additionally, the AM will be required to attend occasional in-person meetings in Atlanta.
