Plastic Injection Mold Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plastic Injection Mold Technician at our facility in Summerland, BC. The Technician will ideally have some experience in molding small and medium sized parts in various types of resins.  Experience with Nissei would be an asset.  Additional skills could include robot programming and end of arm tooling.  We are offering between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum commensurate with experience.  Hours may include evening shift

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of operating machinery and tools
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Experience using various types of resins
• 2-5 years experience working in a similar environment
• Attention to detail for quality control purposes
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
